I just bought a 2026 Sierra 1500 AT4 from Caleb Martin at Lochmandy. We worked thru a step install, GM Financing and all other details over the phone. Caleb was honest, followed up and did what he said he would. The paperwork went smooth and I was happy with the whole team.

To have a 3% charge for using a bank card on a job that is well over $1k is absurd. I can see for smaller amounts, but it didn’t cost you over $37 to take money out of my bank account via debit card. You made money off of a service that isn’t even your proprietary service.

Recently had my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee in for an oil leak. Turned out to be the rear seal, a complicated fix because they have to take the transmission off to get to it. I also had a damaged key fob that was replaced and then my hatch door wouldn't stay open and it came down and hit me in the back a couple of times. I recently had my vehicle at lochmandy for an oil change part of the service is that they check tire pressure and wear and tear of tires and brake pads which I believe they did but they're also supposed to top off fluids like windshield washer fluid and coolant if needed. My coolant level has been below the normal fill line since I've had my car but you would think if the technician sees the coolant level below normal they would fill it to the normal level but never do. I was charged for a tire rotation that was supposed to be included in my initial service visit on my 2023 Envision. This was listed as an included service on the app/website and the service writer refused to acknowledge this and charged me. If this is how you treat patrons I will be going elsewhere from now on.
They were very professional and accommodating , but the service took longer than they said it would take.
Very kind and efficient service employees. Listened to everything I had to say and followed through with my suggestions.
Good service but didn't reset the oil life setting in my car. Had to double check oil levels to confirm it was done and reset on own.
Everybody was polite and courteous. They got me in and out as I was told.
Peggy Harmon was who worked with us and she went out of her way to do so much she came and picked us up twice stopping start with Let us go to the get a pop and she went out of her way and took copies of everything because my printer is not working at home. She really worked hard to get us my dream car!!!
Had warranty work done and I now have a recurring Service Brake Assist message. Been there 3 times to get my truck fixed and now I have to go back a 4th because it came back.
Service Dept has always taking care of my Jeep I’m very satisfied with our work and the service that they have done as well as customer services all excellent

Express Oil change was quick and efficient. Was charged for some kind of fuel treatment that I did not request and is not listed as a recommended service in the owners manual. I would make customer aware to allow them to remove this to reduce cost of oil change.

The familiar faces you see when visiting. Not like other dealerships that go through salesmen right and left. You always see a salesman you have seen before. They are eager and knowledgeable and will help you even if you are not in the market.
1. I spent 2.5 hours in the express lane...for only an oil change and inspection. The service tech thought it was funny...I didn't see the humor.
2. I didn't know it, but people are allowed to bring in their filthy animals with them to the waiting lounge. The dogs scratch on the chairs, "scoot" on them, and have accidents. I'm supposed to sit on these chairs and wait...sometimes for hours just for an oil change. My opinion is no dogs should be allowed. They had me in and out in less than an hour. I only needed a running light replaced.
The new automated inspection system is really cool. My car was serviced in a reasonable amount of time.
